Commercial Insurance Matters

All small business owners need insurance for their businesses, but many are not really comfortable about what kind of coverage they may need to start out. Businesses are all different but will need a package of coverages to take care of their liability for doing business. In other words when a person is injured while doing business with you or one of your employee and he sues, you want to be covered.  You may not be at fault but, a small occurance can lead to a lawsuit that requires you to hire a lawyer to defend against it. Paying for this can equal a large sum of money very quickly in attorney fees alone. Many business owners have a saying that: “It is not if they get sued but when!”

Bottom line is the better the underwriters understand your business the more secure they will feel in giving you a better rate.
